摘要
农产品质量安全监管在现代信息技术的支撑下,监管的信息化、数字化水平持续提升,但受到农产品可追溯系统建设不够完善、监管工作复杂化及农业标准化不够等多方面的影响,导致农产品质量安全监管困难、监管工作压力大。因此,需要运用现代信息技术打造农产品质量监管系统、大数据中心、农业综合数据资源库、追溯系统及应急管理系统等,促进农产品质量安全监管信息化建设水平的全面提升。
Agricultural product quality and safety supervision under the support of modern information technology,the level of informatization and digitalization of supervision continues to improve,but it is affected by the imperfect construction of agricultural product traceability system,complicated supervision work and insufficient agricultural standardization,resulting in difficulties in agricultural product quality and safety supervision and supervision work pressure.It is necessary to use modern information technology to build agricultural product quality supervision systems,big data centers,agricultural comprehensive data repositories,traceability systems and emergency management systems,etc.,to promote the overall improvement of the informatization construction level of agricultural product quality and safety supervision.
