摘要
为了提升农产品质量安全和国际市场竞争力,黑龙江省牡丹江垦区全面实行了农产品质量追溯系统。通过实地调研获取了系统运行数据,对追溯大米与未追溯大米的价格、品牌进行了比较,剖析了质量追溯系统实施的成本效益,总结了现阶段质量追溯系统运行中存在的问题和未来发展的制约因素,针对问题提出了未来发展建议。
In order to improve agro-products quality and competitiveness in the international market,Mudanjiang administration bureau of Heilongjiang province has fully implemented agro-product traceability system.The operation data of system was gained by field research. Compared price and brand between traceable and non-traceable rice,the cost-effectiveness of implementing quality traceability system was also calculated.It not only concluded the existing problems of traceability system at present,but also restricted the factors of development.According to these problems,the paper proposed the development suggestions in the future.
