摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,食品工程领域发生了巨大的变化,食品科学与工程专业人才的培养模式和体系也将受到巨大的影响。论述了在大数据背景下食品科学与工程专业教学体系面临的挑战,提出对大数据背景下我国食品科学与工程专业课程体系的优化、人才培养数据的建设及整合、教学内容的优化与更新、以及教学理念和教学方法改革措施,为提升我国食品工程领域的人才的培养质量提供了新思路。
Great changes have taken place in the field of food engineering with the advent of the era of big data, accordingly, it will be reformed in the Education Model and Curriculum system of Food Science and Engineering Specialty. This paper discussed the challenge of teaching system of food science and engineer/rig under the background of big data. The optimization for Curriculum system of food science and engineering specialty, the construction and integration of education model, the optimization and updation of teaching content, and the reform measures of teaching principle and teaching method were be put forward. It provided a new idea for improving the quality of talent cultivation in the field of food engineering in China.
