摘要
文章在文献研究基础上采取问卷调查、德尔菲法结合的方式,筛选、整理影响因素,并从环境、技术、管理和财务四个方面构建物流园区风险评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用集专家打分法、网络分析法和模糊综合评价法于一体的模糊网络分析法,建立物流园区建设项目风险评价体系,定量评估项目风险,最后再进行实证研究,旨在为案例物流园区建设项目提供相匹配的风险管理模型和风险管理对策,以便管理者根据对策制定计划,管控案例园区实施过程中的各类风险,从而提高园区的抗风险能力和竞争力,同时也可以为其他投资者、管理者、研究学者提供物流园区风险评价的实践经验。
On the basis of literature research,this paper adopts a combination of questionnaire survey and Delphi method to screen and sort out the influencing factors,and constructs a logistics park risk evaluation index system from four aspects of environment,technology,management and finance.On this basis,the paper uses the fuzzy analytic net process that combines expert scoring,network analysis,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish a risk evaluation system for logistics park construction projects,quantitatively evaluate project risks,and finally conduct empirical research.It can provide matching risk management models and risk management strategies for case logistics park construction projects,so that managers can formulate plans based on the strategies,control various risks during the implementation process of the case park,and improve the park's risk resistance and competitiveness.At the same time,it can also provide practical experience for other investors,managers,and researchers in logistics park risk assessment.
