摘要
针对提高推料离心机油缸耐磨性的要求,通过对提高金属表面硬度技术方案的研究,得出采用豪克能技术对油缸内表面进行处理既能提高油缸表面的硬度,又能提高表面粗糙度,还能替代磨削工序。选择了优化后的豪克能加工工艺参数,油缸表面硬度比基体提高15%,粗糙度由磨削的Ra0.4提高到Ra0.2。应用结果表明,通过豪克能在推料离心机油缸加工中的应用,油缸使用寿命提高了100%。
In order to improve the wear resistance of the oil cylinder of the pushing centrifuge,through the research on the technical scheme of improving the hardness of the metal surface,it is concluded that the hardness of the oil cylinder surface can be improved by using hawking technique to treat the inner surface of the oil cylinder,it improved surface roughness and replaces the grinding process.After selecting the optimized processing parameters,the hardness of cylinder surface is increased by 15%,and the roughness is increased from Ra0.4 to Ra0.2.The application results showed that the service life of the cylinder is increased by 100%through the application of Hawking technique in the cylinder processing of the pusher centrifuge.
