摘要
抗疲劳制造技术与长寿命关键结构件是航空工业的核心竞争力,是航空制造业中首先要解决的关键问题。本文首先介绍了金属的疲劳破坏机理,然后阐述了抗疲劳制造技术的理念、发展概况及其所包含的关键技术,最后详细探讨了以超声振动复合强化为代表的抗疲劳制造技术在延长航空领域高端轴承钢球疲劳寿命中的应用。
As the core competitiveness of aviation industry, anti-fatigue manufacturing technology and long-time key structures are the critical problems to be solved in the aviation manufacturing field. Firstly, the principle of metallic fatigue failure is described in the paper. And then, the ideas, development situation and key technologies of anti-fatigue manufacturing are discussed. Finally, the application of anti-fatigue technology represented by the ultrasound-vibration compound enhancement in prolonging the life of advanced bearings in aviation field is studied in detail.
