抗疲劳制造技术现状与发展趋势

摘要 近年来,航空、航天、车辆、铁路交通、风电等领域对机械传动零部件抗疲劳性能要求日益提高,使抗疲劳制造技术成为一个备受关注的研究领域。总结了抗疲劳制造技术的原理、现状与发展趋势。首先,介绍了目前影响疲劳性能的关键因素和提高疲劳性能的途径;其次,对现有的抗疲劳技术进行分类和典型抗疲劳方法进行阐述,并对现有抗疲劳技术的发展趋势和技术进行总结归纳。通过全面评述抗疲劳制造技术的现状和发展趋势,旨在为相关领域的研究者提供参考,促进抗疲劳制造技术的创新与发展。 Due to the increasing demand for anti fatigue performance of components in mechanical transmission fields such as aviation,aerospace,vehicles,railway transportation,and wind power in recent years,the anti-fatigue manufacturing technology has been becoming a highly focused research field.It was summarized that the principles,current status,and development trends of the anti-fatigue manufacturing technology.Firstly,the key factors that currently affected fatigue performance and the ways to improve fatigue performance were introduced.Secondly,we classified the existing anti fatigue technologies and elaborate on typical anti fatigue methods,and summarized the development trends and technologies of existing anti fatigue technologies.By comprehensively evaluating the current status and development trends of anti-fatigue manufacturing technology,we provided reference for researchers in related fields and promoted innovation and development of anti-fatigue manufacturing technology.
