高精度柱塞孔抗疲劳制造技术研究

摘要 对高精度柱塞孔的抗疲劳制造技术进行了研究,比较了内孔滚压、无刃铰削两种抗疲劳制造技术在柱塞孔加工中的优缺点。通过加工设备优选、冷却系统控制、刀具设计、工艺优化等措施,确认使用无刃铰削方法加工柱塞孔,一次加工合格率达到97%以上,加工可靠性高。 The anti-fatigue manufacturing technology for hole in high precision plunger was studied.The advantages and disadvantages of both anti-fatigue manufacturing technologies applying to the processing of holes in the plunger i.e. rolling of bores and bladeless reaming were compared. Through optimization of processing equipment, control of cooling system, tool design, process optimization and other measures it is confirmed that when hole in the plunger adopts bladeless reaming for processing, the processing reliability is high with over 97% pass rate upon primary processing.
