摘要
目的探讨甲氨蝶呤配伍中药制剂在异位妊娠保守治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月—2021年5月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的异位妊娠患者120例,分为研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予通经杀胚汤治疗。比较2组患者的临床相关指标、临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组总有效率低于研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组加用甲氨蝶呤的比率、血人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位(β-HCG)转阴时间、住院时间、盆腔包块消失时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为23.33%(14/60),高于研究组的8.33%(5/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤配伍中药制剂在异位妊娠保守治疗中效果显著,能有效促进血β-HCG转阴及盆腔包块吸收,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with Chinese medicine in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate,while the study group was treated with Tongjing Shapei decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical indexes,clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of methotrexate,the turn-negative time of serum human chorionic gonadotropinβsubunit(β-HCG),hospitalization time and disappearance time of pelvic mass in the study group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(23.33%,14/60)was higher than that in the study group(8.33%,5/60)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate combined with Chinese medicine has a significant effect in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.It can effectively promote the negative conversion ofβ-HCG and the absorption of pelvic mass.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
