摘要
目的:观察米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:将66例未破裂型异位妊娠采用米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗,应用B超监测包块前后大小的变化,监测血β-HCG水平、临床自觉症状、药物副反应。结果:66例患者治疗后血β-HCG较前明显下降或降至正常,B超包块缩小或消失,自觉症状消失。结论:米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗效果好,副反应小,疗程短,治愈率高,是一种理想的保守治疗方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of mifepristone combined with methotrexate on conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： A total of 66 cases of unbroken ectopic pregnancy were given mefepristone combined with methotrexate. B uhrasonic wave was used to monitor the change of masses before and after treatment, and to monitor the level of β - HCG and clinical subjective symptoms and medicine side effects. Results： After treatment, the blood level of β - HCG of 66 cases was significantly drop and even lowered to normal value, and subjective symptoms disappeared. Conclusion： Mifepristone combined with methotrexate is safe and effective on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy without obvious side effects, and period of treatment is short, so it is a kind of ideal conservative treatment method.
