摘要
为了预警蒸汽管网疏水系统异常运行状态,通过研究蒸汽管网疏水系统温度及压力变化规律,构建了疏水系统阀门故障判断模型及疏水系统疏水异常判断模型,并基于判断模型提出了一种蒸汽管网疏水系统监测预警方法。该方法利用网关及3G/4G通信模块将传感器采集的温度及压力数据上传至判断模型,从而自动预警蒸汽管网疏水系统运行过程中的安全风险。目前该方法已被应用到合肥市161.5 km的蒸汽管网,应用结果表明,蒸汽管网疏水监测预警方法可以用于蒸汽管网疏水系统异常运行状态监测,并在一定程度上降低了蒸汽管网疏水系统泄漏带来的安全隐患。
The failure of the trap system of the steam pipe network can easily cause problems,such as burns of personnel and heat leakage of pipe.Therefore,the monitoring and early warning of the trap system is of particular significance and it can ensure steam pipe safety.In this paper,the author designed a monitoring and early warning method for the steam pipe network to forecast the abnormal operation status of the trap system.Based on the research on the operation law of the temperature and pressure of the trap,the author constructed the valve fault judgment model and the trap abnormality judgment model.With the judgment model,the author proposed a monitoring and early warning method for the trap system of the steam pipe network.In this method,the temperature sensor was installed at the drain outlet,and the pressure sensor was installed in the steam pipe network.The sensors were used to collect characteristic temperature and characteristic pressure.Then,the system uploaded the temperature and pressure to the system using the gateway and 3G/4G communication module.Finally,the characteristic parameters were input into the judgment model,the monitoring and early warning system used the judgment model to warn the safety risk of the steam pipe network and send the early warning information to each emergency repair unit in time.The monitoring and early warning system was applied to the 161.5 km steam pipe network in Hefei.The application results show that the monitoring and early warning system can monitor the abnormal operation status of the trap system.To a certain extent,it can reduce safety hazards caused by leakage of the trap system.Beyond that,the above method proposed in this paper also brings new ideas for the development of intelligent pipe network early warning and security systems in modern cities.
