摘要
长庆油田在天然气的开采及集输过程中,在集气站内将天然气进行三级分离,从而减轻天然气集输管线的负荷、降低井底采出液对管线的腐蚀。目前在站内采用在分离器和闪蒸分液罐排污出口处安装电动球阀和疏水阀来实现自动排液。但是电动球阀故障率高、维修复杂,一旦出现问题站上操作人员几乎不能独自解决,给生产带来诸多不便。而疏水阀在不依靠其它外界动力的情况下实现分离器自动排液,且在排液过程中满足天然气零泄漏。本文就天然气疏水阀在长庆油田第二采气厂作业二区应用情况进行了探讨,并对目前疏水阀存在的问题提出了改进的建议。
During the extraction and gathering and transferring of natural gas in Changqing oilfield,the natural gas is made three-level separation within gas-gathering station so as to decrease the load of gas gathering pipeline and reduce the corrosion of produced fluid to pipeline.At present,the electric ball valve and drainage valve is installed at drainage outlet of separator and flash separate tank to automatically drain fluid.Failure rate of electric ball valve is high,and the maintenance is complex.Once failure appears,it can not be solved by operators lonely,which is not convenient to production.The power-independent trap finishes automatic drainage and realizes zero leakage of gas.The paper presents the application of gas trap in Changqing Oilfield No.2 Gas Production Plant No.2 Work Area,and puts forward the improvement suggestions.
