摘要
以东北地区林业生态建设为研究对象,应用层次分析法构建3层次评价模型,划分东北地区林业生态建设的4个维度,确定影响东北地区林业生态建设现状的17个指标因素,并采用专家打分法确定各评价指标的权重;采用模糊综合评价法对东北地区林业生态建设的现状进行分析。结果表明东北地区林业生态建设总体上处于“中等”且偏“良好”和“优秀”的水平(占总隶属度的0.9)。根据研究结果对东北地区林业生态建设及其未来发展提出了4个方面的建议,1)尊重自然规律,坚持科学发展;2)优化政策管理,健全监督制度;3)加强生态教育,推动民生发展;4)促进产业融合,坚持生态富民。
Taking the ecological construction of forestry in Northeast China as the research object,a 3-level evaluation model was constructed by applying the hierarchical analysis method,dividing the 4 dimensions of the ecological construction of forestry in Northeast China,determining 17 index factors affecting the current situation of the ecological construction of forestry in Northeast China,and determining the weights of each evaluation index by using the expert scoring method.The current situation of the ecological construction of forestry in Northeast China was analyzed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that the ecological construction of forestry in Northeast China was generally at the level of‘medium’,‘good’and‘excellent’(accounting for 0.9 of the total affiliation degree).Based on the final evaluation results,4 suggestions were made for the ecological construction of forestry in Northeast China and its future development,1)respect the laws of nature and adhere to scientific development;2)optimize policy management and improve supervision system;3)strengthen ecological education and promote people's livelihood development;4)promote industrial integration and adhere to ecological enrichment.
