摘要
目的 探讨护理程序引导法在健康评估实训教学中的应用价值。方法 选择2020年2—7月成都医学院护理学院2018级352名本科护生作为对照组,采用传统实训教学法。选择2021年2—7月2019级351名本科护生作为试验组,采用护理程序引导法。教学后对比两组成绩和自主学习能力得分。结果 试验组教学后平时成绩[(95.02±4.41)分vs.(94.07±1.58)分]、操作考核成绩[(97.14±3.02)分vs.(96.02±4.00)分]、理论知识成绩[(65.36±9.60)分vs.(53.09±8.49)分]、总评成绩[(77.90±6.13)分vs.(70.08±5.34)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。试验组学习动机评分[(35.82±4.11)分vs.(32.61±4.58)分]、自我管理能力[(32.17±3.79)分vs.(29.45±3.74)分]、学习合作能力[(17.41±2.12)分vs.(16.32±2.24)分]、信息素质[(20.27±2.52)分vs.(18.71±2.52)分]、自主学习能力总分[(105.67±10.35)分vs.(97.09±10.90)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论 将护理程序引导法应用于健康评估实训教学中,有助于激发护生学习主动性,提高自主学习能力及人文关怀能力,帮助护生形成良好的职业素养。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing procedure-guided in health assessment training teaching.Methods A total of 352 undergraduate nursing students of grade 2018 in the School of Nursing,Chengdu Medical University from February to July 2020 were selected as the control group,and the traditional practical teaching method was adopted.A total of 351 undergraduate nursing students from the class of 2019 from February to July 2021 were selected as the experimental group to adopt the nursing program guidance method.After teaching,the scores of the two groups and the scores of independent learning ability were compared.Results The usual scores after teaching[(95.02±4.41)points vs.(94.07±1.58)points]and operational scores of the experimental group[(97.14±3.02)points vs.(96.02±4.00)points],theory score[(65.36±9.60)points vs.(53.09±8.49)points],and overall evaluation score[(77.90±6.13)points vs.(70.08±5.34)points]were higher in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The test group's learning motivation score[(35.82±4.11)points vs.(32.61±4.58)points],self-management ability[(32.17±3.79)points vs.(29.45±3.74)points],learning cooperation ability[(17.41±2.12)points vs.(16.32±2.24)points],information quality[(20.27±2.52)points vs.(18.71±2.52)points],and total score of independent learning ability[(105.67±10.35)points vs.(97.09±10.90)points]were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of the nursing program guidance method in the practical teaching of health assessment is helpful to stimulate the learning initiative of nursing students,improve the ability of independent learning and humanistic care,and help nursing students to form a good professional quality.
