聚丙烯纤维增强排水沥青混合料性能研究

摘要 以提高排水沥青混合料的路用性能为目的,选取聚丙烯纤维作为增强稳定剂,对不同纤维掺量下排水沥青混合料的配合比进行了设计并对路用性能进行了试验测定。室内试验研究表明:聚丙烯纤维对排水沥青混合料的水稳定性能改善效果不明显,但对高温稳定性、抗疲劳性能及低温抗裂性能改善效果显著,综合路用性能建议最佳掺量取0.4%。在室内试验基础上展开工程应用研究,验证了聚丙烯纤维增强排水沥青混合料路用性能的有效性,具备较好的应用前景。 In order to improve the road performance of the drainage asphalt mixture,polypropylene fiber is selected as the reinforcement stabilizer,the mix proportion of the drainage asphalt mixture with different fiber content is designed and the road performance is tested.The indoor test results show that the improvement effect of polypropylene fiber on the drainage asphalt mixture is not obvious,but the improvement effect on the hightemperature stability,fatigue resistance and lowtemperature crack resistance is significant.It is suggested that the best content of polypropylene fiber is 0.4%for the comprehensive road performance.Based on the indoor test,the engineering application research is carried out,which verifies the effectiveness of the road performance of polypropylene fiber reinforced drainage asphalt mixture and has a good application prospect.
