摘要
针对钢桥面铺装材料性能的不足,选择高温聚氨酯改性沥青作为混合料黏结体系及主要强度体系。选择一款高温聚氨酯体系改性沥青材料,通过力学拉伸性能测试、布氏黏度测试及相容性测试,确定该体系下聚氨酯质量分数为50%,施工温度为170℃。对聚氨酯改性沥青混合料进行路用性能测试。结果表明:高温聚氨酯改性沥青混合料可操作时间约为2 h,低温抗裂性能优异,-10℃条件下最大弯拉应变大于10 000με,整体路用性能良好,满足规范要求。
In view of the lack of performance of steel bridge deck paving materials,high-temperature polyurethane modified bitumen was selected as the mixture bonding system and main strength system.In this paper,a high-temperature polyurethane system modified bitumen material was selected,and the suitable mass fraction of polyurethane under the system was determined to be 50% and the suitable construction temperature was determined to be 170 ℃ through the mechanical tensile property test,Brinell viscosity test and compatibility test.Road performance of polyurethane modified asphalt mixtures was tested.The test results showed that the operating time of high-temperature polyurethane modified asphalt mixture was about 2 h,the low temperature crack resistance was excellent,the maximum bending tensile strain at-10 ℃ was greater than 10 000 με,and the overall road performance was good,which met the requirements of the specification.
