摘要
聚氨酯是路用领域的一种新型材料,为了深入分析聚氨酯在路用领域的性能,本文重点综述了聚氨酯改性沥青材料在改善车辙和抗疲劳方面的应用性能,如高低温性能、抗老化性能、自愈性能和粘结性能等,并分析工艺条件如水分含量、聚氨酯掺量等对材料性能的影响;对我国聚氨酯路面养护材料的研究进行了总结,归纳了环氧/聚氨酯改性沥青作为路面修补材料的应用现状;阐述了聚氨酯沥青材料在我国产业化的不足和原因,提出了有效控制聚氨酯发泡时间、降低复合材料的制备成本、从微观角度增强聚氨酯和沥青的相容性是未来的重点研究方向。
Polyurethane is one of the new materials in road field,to intensively analyze the polyurethane performance in road field,the application performance of polyurethane modified asphalt materials for improving the rutting and fatigue resistance,such as high-and low-temperature performance,aging resistance,self-healing performance,bonding properties,water permeability and sound absorption performance,were summarized in this paper.The influence of process conditions such as moisture and polyurethane content on the material properties were analyzed.The research on polyurethane materials for pavement maintenance in China was summarized.The application status of epoxy/polyurethane modified asphalt as pavement repair materials was summarized.Furthermore,the shortcomings and reasons of polyurethane asphalt material industrialization in China were elaborated.Effective control of polyurethane foaming time,reducing the preparation cost of composite materials,and improving the compatibility of polyurethane and asphalt from the microscopic point are the key research directions in the future.
