摘要
采用活性增容剂,固化剂,基质沥青和环氧树脂熔融共混,制备得到一种环氧沥青,讨论了增容剂用量对沥青和环氧树脂相容性、所制备得到的环氧沥青固化体系撕裂断面、拉伸性能、以及体系低温收缩率的影响.研究发现,增容剂可以有效将沥青以5μm大小的球状分散在环氧树脂中,所得到的环氧沥青固化体系撕裂断面呈层状(皮状)破裂,当增容剂含量为22份时,材料性能最优,拉伸强度为2.35MPa,断裂伸长率为385%,缩率为0.70%,所制备的环氧沥青混凝土性能满足美国环氧沥青指标要求.
A high performance epoxy asphalt was prepared with compatibilizer,curing agent,asphalt and epoxy.The effect of amount of compatibilizer on the compatibilities of asphalt and epoxy resin,torn section of epoxy-asphalt curing system,bonding strength,tensile properties,weather resistance performance,were discussed in details.It was found that with the help of compatibilizer,asphalt could be dispersed in epoxy resin at the size of 5 μm.the torn section of epoxy-asphalt curing system could have a layered or skin-like fracture.The optimal content of compatibilizer was 22 phr,and the tensile strength was 2.35 MPa,the elongation at break was 385%,the reduction rate was 0.70%,and these could meet the requirements of US epoxy asphalt.
