摘要
针对玄武岩纤维的优良特性,进行沥青胶结料和玄武岩纤维之间的作用研究。研究结果表明:不同玄武岩纤维掺量下,胶浆的针入度随着纤维掺量的增加而减小,随着温度的升高而增大;针入度指数随纤维掺量的增加而增大,沥青胶浆的感温性得到改善;胶浆的软化点随纤维掺量的增加而减小,在纤维掺量为4%时,接近高粘沥青的软化点水平;从纤维胶浆的延度试验可得,胶浆的延度随纤维掺量的增加而减小。
Aim to the basalt fiber good characteristic,carried out mechanism of action between asphalt and basalt fiber.The result shows that the penetration of asphalt increases with the rising content of basalt fiber and similar to penetration index.The softening point of binder go up with the asphalt content,the point is close to high level of asphalt sticky softening point when the content of basalt fiber reach to 4%.The asphalt extensibility of mastic decreases with the content of basalt fiber.
