摘要
为全面提高职业院校学生的临床实践能力和综合素质,对中职检验专业课程构建“岗课赛证”融通的教学模式。以课程为基础,依据临床检验岗位需求,结合检验技能大赛考核的技能要点和临床检验资格证书考核标准,将课程内容进行融合,以满足学生对就业、竞赛、考证的需求。
In order to comprehensively improve the clinical practice ability and quality of vocational college students,a teaching mode of"Position-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate"has been constructed for the courses of medical laboratory in secondary vocational college.Based on the courses and the demands of clinical examination positions,combined the key points of medical laboratory skills competition and standards of clinical laboratory qualification certificate,the course content is integrated to meet students'needs for employment,competition and obtaining certification based on the course.
