通过升学反观中职药学专业教学现状及策略探析 被引量:2

摘要 中职学校中的教学是为国家培养高素质的技能劳动者的主要方式之一,中职类学校的教育以市场为导向。对应市场信息,培养出可以快速适应岗位工作的素质人才。近几年,随着政策的倾斜和变化,中职-高职-本科的升学渠道逐渐打通,广东省职业教育提出"提质、扩容、强服务"三年计划,极大的促进学生升学的欲望。目前学校药学生升学人数逐年升高,专业对口率不断提高。升学满足了药学生升学的需求,同时为社会培养能够快速适应社会岗位的人才。为适应当下形式对原有教学模式进行适当改革,既满足升学同学的需求,又符合中职学校办学宗旨。 As the country vigorously develops vocational education and the demand for high-quality engineers is increasing in the society, vocational schools at all levels have responded positively to the call of the country and society to expand enrollment. In order to ensure the quality of students entering higher vocational colleges, the secondary vocational schools set up special classes for students to study, which not only provided new opportunities for students, but also imported a great number of outstanding graduates with high cultural literacy and comprehensive ability for higher vocational colleges. Through the observation of students in secondary vocational schools, we can see that students in secondary vocational schools are generally not interested in learning, self-control is not strong, learning effect is not good;teachers adopt traditional teaching methods, which cannot fully mobilize students’ subjective initiative, develop students’ potential, and have little sustainability for students’ subsequent development.
