摘要
目的对干眼症患者使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液进行治疗的效果作出分析。方法将2020年4月-2022年10月在本院诊治的干眼症患者54例作为研究对象,在随机抽样法下将患者划分成28例(对照组)、26例(研究组)的两个组别,对照组使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用贝复舒滴眼液,研究比较不同治疗方式下的治疗效果,包括治疗有效率、泪膜破裂时间、基础泪液分泌实验、角膜地形图参数改善幅度、症状消失时间、泪液分泌量恢复时间、生活质量水平、干眼症症状评分等方面。结果研究组疗效更佳,其泪膜的破裂时间明显更长,基础泪液分泌实验水平更高,角膜地形图参数改善幅度更低(P<0.05)。研究组症状消失时间更短,泪液分泌量恢复时间更短,生活质量水平更高,组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干眼症症状评分更低,组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干眼症患者使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液进行治疗,可以提高患者角膜地形图参数改善幅度,治疗效果显著,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze curative effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with bFGF eye drops on xerophthalmia patients.Methods The paper chose 54 cases xerophthalmia patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2022 as study objects,and divided them into two groups randomly:28 cases(control group)and 26 cases(study group).Control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,while study group with bFGF eye drops based on control group.Treatment effect of different treatment methods was compared,including treatment efficiency,tear film rupture time,basic tear secretion experiment,corneal topography parameter improvement amplitude,symptom disappearance time,tear secretion recovery time,life quality level and dry eye symptom scores,etc.Results Study group had better effect,with significantly longer tear film rupture time,higher levels of basic tear secretion experiments and lower improvement in corneal topography parameters(P<0.05).Study group had shorter time for symptom disappearance,shorter recovery time for tear secretion,higher life quality,with statistically significant difference between groups,(P<0.05).Study group had lower symptom scores for xerophthalmia,with statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of sodium hyaluronate eye drops and bFGF eye drops can improve corneal topography parameters of xerophthalmia patients,with significant curative effect and high clinical application value.
