摘要
目的探讨地夸磷索钠联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗眼干燥症患者的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2016年5月至2020年5月盘锦辽油宝石花医院收治的73例(146眼)眼干燥症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组33例(66眼)与观察组40例(80眼)。对照组患者给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予地夸磷索钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后泪膜稳定性指标、生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)评分,记录两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验和角膜染色试验结果明显改善,且观察组患者改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d、14 d,两组DSQL评分下降,且观察组DSQL评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地夸磷索钠联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗眼干燥症,能有效改善患者的泪膜稳定性,提高患者生命质量,且安全性好。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of Diquafosol Sodium Eye Drops combined with Sodium hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia. Methods The data of 73 patients(146 eyes) admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2020 who were diagnosed as xerophthalmia were selected, all the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, patients in the control group were given sodium hyaluronate eye drops, on this basis, patients in the observation group were given Diquafosol Sodium Eye Drops on this basis, patients in both groups were treated for 14 days. The indexes of tear film stability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, Quality of life(QOL)specific scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment, the occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups was recorded. Results After treatment, the stability indexes of tear film in both groups were significantly improved,in particular, the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of patients in both groups decreased gradually, in particular,the decrease was more obvious in the observation group on day 7 and day 14 after treatment, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the observation group and the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Diquafosol Sodium Eye Drops combined with Sodium hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia can effectively improve the stability of tear film in patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and is of good safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
