摘要
劳动教育是促进幼儿身心和谐发展的重要途径。对广东省818名幼儿教师的问卷调查结果显示:教师对劳动教育价值的认识较清晰,普遍能在各种活动中渗透劳动教育,并运用多种评价方式了解幼儿劳动教育成效,同时也存在劳动教育认知不全面、教育内容趋于传统,实施过程缺少专门性教学活动、配套设施和资金支持等问题;城镇幼儿园和公办幼儿园在劳动教育多方面呈现较明显的优势;教龄越长、学历和职称水平越高的教师,劳动教育认识和实施上的表现越好。为了高质量推进幼儿劳动教育,还需重视把握育人价值,深化对劳动教育的系统认知;联系时代背景,丰富幼儿劳动教育内容;加强顶层设计,推动劳动教育课程建设;突出幼儿主体,加强评价系统分层建设;做好统筹协调,完善劳动教育保障条件;缩小园所差距,促进各类园所均衡发展;拓展专业知识,提升教师劳动教育素养。
Labor education is an important way to promoting the harmonious development of children's physical and mental well-being.A questionnaire survey of 818 preschool teachers in Guangdong Province reveals that preschool teachers have a clear understanding of labor education value.They generally incorporate labor education into various activities and use various evaluation methods to assess its effectiveness.However,there are also issues such as incomplete understanding of labor education,a tendency towards traditional educational content,a lack of specialized teaching activities,supporting facilities,and financial support in the implementation process.Urban kindergartens and public kindergartens demonstrate more significant advantages in labor education.Teachers with longer teaching experience,higher educational qualifications,and professional titles tend to have a better understanding and implementation of labor education.To promote high-quality labor education for young children,it is necessary to focus on grasping the educational value and deepening the systemic understanding of labor education.This includes linking it to the current era,enriching the content of labor education for young children,strengthening top-level design,promoting curriculum development for labor education,highlighting the role of children as active participants,strengthening the construction of a hierarchical evaluation system,ensuring coordination and improvement of labor education support conditions,narrowing the gap between different kindergartens,promoting balanced development,expanding professional knowledge,and enhancing teachers competence in labor education.
