摘要
目的建立桂芍镇痫片HPLC指纹图谱,以期为其质量控制提供参考。方法采用HPLC法建立桂芍镇痫片的指纹图谱,色谱条件:Shim-packed Scepter C 18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长230 nm,柱温30℃,体积流量1.0 ml/min;进样量10μl。结果成功建立了中药复方桂芍镇痫片HPLC指纹图谱,标定了32个共有峰,指认出13个色谱峰。10批桂芍镇痫片指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度值均在0.85以上。结论首次建立桂芍镇痫片的HPLC指纹图谱,该方法准确可靠,对桂芍镇痫片的质量评价具有重要的意义。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint of Guishao Zhenxian tablet for quality evaluation and control.Methods HPLC was used to establish the fingerprint of Guishao Zhenxian tablets.Shim-packed Scepter column C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used for gradient elution with mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(B).The detection wavelength was 230 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the injection volume was 10μl.Results The HPLC fingerprint of compound Guishao Zhenxian tablets was successfully established.A total of 32 common peaks were marked,and 13 chromatographic peaks were identified.The similarity value of 10 batches of Guishao Zhenxian tablets and the control fingerprints were all above 0.85.Conclusion HPLC fingerprint of Guishao Zhenxian tablets is established for the first time.The established method is accurate and reliable,and is of important significance for quality evaluation of Guishao Zhenxian tablets.
