摘要
目的:探讨桂芍镇痫片联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选择2018年1月—2020年9月我院收治的80例癫痫患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组仅给予左乙拉西坦治疗,观察组采用桂芍镇痫片联合左乙拉西坦治疗。比较两组的疗效,且检测治疗前后的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平,并观察两组的韦氏智力量表(WISC-R)和日常生活能力(ADL)评分。结果:观察组癫痫患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组癫痫患者的血清NSE、IL-8、TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平均明显降低(P<0.05),WISC-R评分明显升高(P<0.05),ADL评分明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组变化幅度更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:桂芍镇痫片联合左乙拉西坦能明显降低癫痫患者的血清炎症因子水平,改善智力水平和生活能力,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of guishaozhenxian tablets combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:Selected 80 patients with epilepsy who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2020,divided into two groups randomly,40 patients per group.The control group were only given levetiracetam treatment,the observation group were treated with guishaozhenxian tablets combined with levetiracetam.The efficacy between the two groups were compared.The serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),neuron specific enolase(NSE),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and Interleukin-8(IL-8)levels before and after treatment were detected.And observe the Wisdom scale(WISC-R)and ability of daily living(ADL)scores of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum NSE,IL-8,TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 levels in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),WISC-R score was significantly increased(P<0.05),ADL score was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guishaozhenxian tablets combined with levetiracetam can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with epilepsy,improve intelligence level and living ability,which is worthy of promotion.
