我国职业本科教育体系构建、实践与高质量发展——兼论新疆南疆地区职业本科建设的路径选择

摘要本文从体系构建、探索实践和前景展望维度探讨了我国职业本科教育的方向路径,并结合新疆南疆地区实际探讨本地区职业本科建设的可能性。在体系层面,职业本科教育具有特定的驱动因素、定位与内涵和建设路径;在实践层面,职业本科办学形式多样化但也存在不少问题;在发展前景层面,职业本科高质量发展的关键在于高质量的人才培养。新疆南疆地区职业本科发展应遵循应用型高校办职业本科的路径,立足地方高等教育体系与发展实际定位职业本科,基于已有职业本科试点建设经验探索特色发展道路,着眼职业本科高质量发展系统探索人才培养路径。 This paper discusses the direction and path of vocational undergraduate education from the as⁃pects of system construction,exploration practice and prospect,and analyzes the possibility of the vocational un⁃dergraduate construction in backward areas connecting with the actual situation in Southern Xinjiang.At the sys⁃tem level,the vocational undergraduate education has specific driving factors,positioning,connotations and con⁃struction paths;At the practical level,the school-running forms of the vocational undergraduate education are di⁃versified but also have many problems;At the level of development prospects,the key to high-quality develop⁃ment of vocational undergraduates is high-quality personnel training.The development of the vocational under⁃graduates in southern Xinjiang should follow the path of application-oriented universities to run the vocational undergraduates,position vocational undergraduates based on the local higher education system and practical de⁃velopment,explore characteristic development paths based on the existing experience of vocational undergraduate pilot construction,and explore the personnel training paths focusing on the high-quality development system of vocational undergraduate.
