摘要
高校新校区建设是实现高等教育可持续发展的重要举措,是改善学校教学和科研条件的必然需要,是满足学校学科发展和适应国家高等教育高质量发展的客观要求。文章从高校新校区项目建设出发,根据新校区建设内容多、建设周期长、风险多发等特征,重点研究了项目管理模式的选择、核心任务的分解与统筹等环节,并提出高质量推进高校新区建设的举措,以期对高校新校区建设提供一定的经验和借鉴。
The construction of new campus is an important measure to realize the sustainable development of higher education,and it is an inevitable need to improve the teaching and the scientific research conditions in the University.It is an objective requirement to meet the discipline development of the school and adapt to the high-quality development of national higher education.Starting from the construction of new campus in colleges and universities,according to the characteristics of the construction of university infrastructure projects,such as more contents,longer construction cycle and more risks,this article mainly focus on the selection of project management model,the decomposition and overall planning of core tasks,and puts forward measures for promoting the construction of new campus in colleges and universities with high quality,in order to provide certain experience and reference for the construction management model of other new campuses.
