摘要
创新创业目前已经成为促进我国社会经济发展的主要驱动力,只有创新创业形成时代潮流,才能形成国家强盛的强大动能。民办高校创新创业教育工作的推进,有助于国家创新人才培养质量的持续提升,而新形势下的产业升级与毕业生高质量就业的要求更为民办高校创新创业工作提出了新的系统构建需求。目前,民办高校金融学专业在双创教育生态系统构建方面仍处于初级发展阶段,在培养模式、师资队伍、保障机制等方面尚存在一系列急需改进的问题。本文通过对民办高校金融学专业双创教育发展现状及问题的深入分析,针对性提出教育生态系统构建的解决对策,以期形成良好的双创教育生态系统,为学生创新创业发展提供有效的驱动力量。
Innovation and entrepreneurship has become the main driving force for promoting China's social and economic development.Only when innovation and entrepreneurship form the trend of the times can they form a powerful driving force for the country's prosperity.The promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private colleges and universities is conducive to the continuous improvement of the quality of national innovation talent training.The requirements of industrial upgrading and high-quality employment of graduates under the new situation put forward new system construction requirements for innovation and entrepreneurship work in private colleges and universities.At present,the finance major in private colleges and universities is stil in the primary stage of development in the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem,and there are stil a series of problems that need to be improved in the training mode,teaching staff and guarantee mechanism.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of the development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education of finance major in private colleges,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of education ecosystem,with a view to forming a good mass entrepreneurship and innovation education ecosystem and providing an effective driving force for the development of students'innovation and entrepreneurship.
