摘要
创业教育生态系统是在一定的时间和空间范围内,创业教育与周围的生态环境之间通过信息流动、激励保障、辐射带动等相互作用、相互依存所构成的统一体。近年来,随着高校创新创业教学实践的改革,高校创新创业生态系统的建设取得重大突破,但部分学校仍然存在课程体系不完备、师资力量亟待充实等问题,影响创新创业教育实际效果。该文结合当前信息技术时代背景,剖析创新创业生态系统在落实创新型人才培养目标上的积极作用,明确我国高校创业教育生态系统建设现状及问题,探索提高生态系统建设质量的有效途径,为推动高校创新创业教育体系改革与建设提供理论价值与实践依据。
The ecosystem of entrepreneurship education is a unity formed by the interaction and interdependence between entrepreneurship education and the surrounding ecological environment through information flow,incentive guarantee,radiation and drive within a certain time and space.In recent years,with the reform of efficient innovation and entrepreneurship teaching practice,major breakthroughs have been made in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in colleges and universities.However,some schools still have problems such as incomplete curriculum system and urgent need to enrich teachers,which affect the actual effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the background of the current information technology era,this paper analyze the positive role of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in implementing the training objectives of innovative talents,clarify the current situation and problems of the construction of entrepreneurship education ecosystem in colleges and universities in China,and explore effective ways to improve the quality of ecosystem construction,so as to provide theoretical value and practical basis for promoting the reform and construction of entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities.
