摘要大学教学生态系统是大学教学场域内部各要素之间及其与外部环境共同作用形成的复杂动态整体。智能技术在大学教学中的广泛应用,改变了大学教学生态系统内部各要素的存在形态,重塑了大学教学新的生态样态。然而,人工智能技术自带的风险也给稳定的大学教学生态系统带来多重现实隐忧:过度依赖智能技术致使生态主体弱化,智能算法的精准推送引发生态介体固化,虚拟空间边界模糊造成生态环体失真。智能时代要推动大学教学生态系统良性发展,应该从以下方面着手:发挥生态主体价值,推动人机融合共生;智能技术服务生态介体,启迪学生智慧生成;规范生态环体边界,重视生命情感参与;遵从整体主义,注重各要素的协同共进。 An ecosystem of university teaching and learning refers to the dynamic network of interconnection and interdependencies between different entities in higher education settings.Nowadays,the widespread use of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies is transforming and disrupting the teaching-learning ecosystem at the university,where“ecosystem agents”(i.e.,teachers,students)have become overdependent upon technologies and lost their agency.What’s worse,“ecosystem context”(i.e.,teaching-learning environments)created by virtue reality is not so real but distorted to a certain extent and deprived of human warmth,and“ecosystem medium”(i.e.,teaching-learning materials)generated via AI algorithms also turns out to be rather generic and homogeneous stuff,not as individualized as expected.To build a well-functioning ecosystem of university teaching and learning in the Intelligent Era,we need to take all the ecosystem entities into consideration and maintain a coordinate relationship between them.First,we should help teachers and students restore their agency so that they can be actively engaged in human-computer integration.It is also necessary for us to adopt a critical perspective about AI generated teaching-learning materials and focus on cultivating wisdom rather than just imparting knowledge.Finally,simulated teaching-learning environments should be adopted prudently to keep a balance between digital and in-person interaction.
