摘要
目的采用司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍联合治疗糖尿病,分析治疗效果和临床价值。方法选择2021年1月—2022年10月在北京泰康燕园康复医院治疗的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象。按照信封法将其分为对比组、治疗组,均40例。对比组采用二甲双胍单药治疗,治疗组采用司美格鲁肽+二甲双胍联合治疗。评价两组患者治疗效果,检测两组治疗前后血糖、胰岛素功能相关指标,比较不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组血糖水平均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组胰岛素功能指标优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病具备显著的优越性,能够改善患者胰岛功能,有利于控制血糖水平处于合理范围,安全性可靠。
Objective To treat diabetes mellitus with the combination of semaglutide and metformin,and analyze the therapeutic effect and clinical value.Methods 80 diabetic patients treated in Beijing Taikang Yangyuan Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the envelope method,patients were divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The comparison group was treated with metformin monotherapy and the treatment group was treated with the combination of semaglutide+metformin.The treatment effect of patients in both groups was evaluated,and the indexes related to blood glucose and insulin function before and after treatment were detected in both groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared.Results After treatment,the average blood glucose level in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin function indicators in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of semaglutide and metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus has significant superiority,which can improve the pancreatic function of patients and help control the blood glucose level in a reasonable range,with reliable safety,and is worth promoting and applying.
