摘要
为了解外源细胞分裂素对水淹胁迫后多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)恢复生长期生理特性的影响,试验以两种多年生黑麦草麦迪和绅士为供试材料,对水淹胁迫后叶面喷施不同次数的不同细胞分裂素[激动素(KT)、玉米素(ZT)和6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)],分为10个处理:KT-1、KT-2、KT-3处理分别喷施1,2,3次20μmol/L KT;ZT-1、ZT-2、ZT-3处理分别喷施1,2,3次20μmol/L ZT;6-BA-1、6-BA-2、6-BA-3处理分别喷施1,2,3次20μmol/L 6-BA,同时设只喷水的对照(CK-W),每个处理重复4次。于胁迫前进行第1次取样,水淹胁迫7 d后进行第2次取样,于水淹胁迫后恢复第14天时进行第3次取样,测定株高、相对电导率、叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量及抗氧化酶活性,并对植株株高、叶绿素含量、相对电导率和MDA含量进行灰色关联度分析。结果表明:相较于水淹胁迫前,水淹胁迫后麦迪和绅士的株高分别下降了2.12 cm和0.94 cm,叶绿素含量较胁迫前分别减少了66.2%和61.9%,相对电导率较胁迫前显著升高(P<0.05)。与CK-W相比,喷施外源细胞分裂素后可明显提高水淹胁迫后多年生黑麦草植株恢复的生长高度、叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性,且降低相对电导率及MDA含量。多年生黑麦草麦迪和绅士水淹胁迫后喷施2次6-BA的植株高度分别可达到10.40 cm和13.56 cm,相对电导率为30.41%和32.85%,叶绿素含为2.50 mg/g和2.74 mg/g。麦迪和绅士的6-BA-2处理加权关联度系数分别为0.873 4和0.800 6,在10个处理中均最大,表现最优。说明外源喷施细胞分裂素可以在一定程度上缓解水淹胁迫对多年生黑麦草带来的危害,水淹胁迫后喷施2次6-BA对多年生黑麦草恢复生长综合效果最好。
In order to study the effects of exogenous cytokinin on the physiological characteristics of perennial ryegrass in the recovery period under flooding stress,two kinds of perennial ryegrass,Mathilde and Esquire,were used as experimental materials.After flooding stress,leaves were sprayed with different cytokinins,such as kinetin(KT),zetin(ZT) and 6-benzylamino-adenine(6-BA) at different times.The experiment was divided into 10 treatments:KT-1,KT-2,and KT-3 treatments were sprayed with 20 μmol/L KT for 1,2,and 3 times,respectively;ZT-1,ZT-2,and ZT-3 treatments were sprayed with 20 μmol/L ZT for 1,2,and 3 times,respectively;6-BA-1,6-BA-2,and 6-BA-3 treatments were sprayed with 20 μmol/L 6-BA for 1,2,and 3 times,respectively.At the same time,only water treatment was set as a control group(CK-W).Each treatment was repeated 4 times.The first sampling was conducted before the stress,the second sampling was conducted after 7 days of flooding stress,and the third sampling was conducted on the 14th day of recovery after flooding stress.Plant height,relative electrical conductivity,chlorophyll and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents,and antioxidant enzyme activity were measured.Grey correlation analysis was used to statistically analyze plant height,chlorophyll content,relative electrical conductivity,and MDA content.The results showed that compared with before flooding stress,the plant height of Mathilde and Esquire decreased by 2.12 cm and 0.94 cm,the chlorophyll content decreased by 66.2% and 61.9%,respectively,and the relative electrical conductivity increased significantly after flooding stress(P<0.05).Compared with the CK-W,exogenous cytokinin spraying could significantly increase the plant height,chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity,and reduce the electrical conductivity and MDA content.After flooding stress,the height of perennial ryegrass Mathilde and Esquire plants in the treatment group sprayed with 6-BA for twice reached 10.40 cm and 13.56 cm,the relative electrical conductivity was 30.41% and 32.85%
