细胞分裂素参与氮素调控高等植物侧枝形成和发育的作用机制研究 被引量:7

摘要 侧枝是植物常见的农艺性状,不仅影响植株的形态结构,而且决定着作物产量和品质,而植物激素和营养物质是影响其生长发育的重要因素。细胞分裂素(cytokinin,CTK)能够调节植物细胞的增殖和分化,广泛参与种子萌发、延缓叶片衰老和植物抗逆性等生理代谢活动,对植物各时期的生长发育具有至关重要的作用,而氮素(nitrogen,N)是植物生命活动中不可替代的营养元素,植物的生产力很大程度上依赖于氮肥,特别是在农业生产中,氮素利用效率与作物产量和品质密切相关。细胞分裂素和氮素之间的相关性早已得到证实,细胞分裂素显著影响植物体内氮素的吸收、转运和同化等过程,氮素同样能够调控细胞分裂素的合成和运输。因此,在调控植物生长发育方面,细胞分裂素和氮素之间存在紧密的联系,具有复杂的调控网络,两者共同参与调控植物侧枝形成和发育的过程。综述了细胞分裂素在植物体内的合成和功能、氮素的功能、细胞分裂素和氮素分别在侧枝形成和发育过程中的作用以及细胞分裂素协同氮素调控植物侧枝生长发育的研究进展,并探讨了目前研究存在的相关问题,同时为未来的研究内容提出了一定的建议,以期为细胞分裂素参与氮素调控植物侧枝形成和发育的作用机制研究提供参考。 Lateral branch is a common agronomic trait in plants, which not only affects the morphological structure of plants, but also determines the yield and quality of crops, while plant hormones and nutrients are important factors affecting their growth and development. Cytokinins(CTK) can regulate the proliferation and differentiation of plant cells, widely participate in physiological and metabolic activities such as seed germination, delaying leaf senescence and plant stress resistance, and play a vital role in the growth and development of plants at all stages. Nitrogen(N)is an irreplaceable nutrition element in plant life activities, and plant productivity is largely dependent on nitrogen fertilizer, especially in agriculture, where nitrogen use efficiency is closely related to crop yield and quality. The correlation between CTK and nitrogen has long been confirmed. CTK significantly affect nitrogen absorption, transport and assimilation in plants, and nitrogen also regulates the synthesis and transport of CTK. Therefore, there is a close relationship between CTK and nitrogen in regulating plant growth and development, and there is a complex regulatory network between them. Both of them participate in the process of plant lateral branch formation and development. This paper reviews the synthesis and function of CTK in plants, the function of nitrogen, the role of CTK and nitrogen in the formation and development of lateral branches, and the research progress of CTK cooperating with nitrogen in regulating the growth and development of plant lateral branches. The relevant problems existing in the current research are discussed, and some suggestions are put forward for the future research. It is expected to provide reference for the study of the mechanism of CTK involved in nitrogen regulation of plant lateral branch formation and development.
