酒糟+玉米粉复合添加物对紫花苜蓿青贮品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了解酒糟+玉米粉复合添加物对紫花苜蓿青贮品质的影响,试验以收割的二茬现蕾期紫花苜蓿(用铡刀铡成3~4 cm的小段)为原料,分别添加20%酒糟(T_(1))、15%酒糟+5%玉米粉(T_(2))、10%酒糟+10%玉米粉(T_(3))、5%酒糟+15%玉米粉(T_(4))、20%玉米粉(T_(5)),同时设不添加复合添加物的空白对照(CK),共6个处理,每个处理3次重复,青贮发酵90 d后进行感官评分,测定发酵品质指标[pH值、乳酸(LA)、乙酸(AA)、丁酸(BA)和氨态氮(AN)]及营养成分指标[干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗脂肪(EE)、水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)、淀粉(Sta)和粗灰分(Ash)],并采用费氏青贮饲料评分法进行评分和分级。结果表明:T_(3)、T_(4)、T_(5)处理感观质量等级为优,T_(1)、T_(2)处理为良,CK为一般。添加酒糟和玉米粉的5个处理的pH值、乙酸含量均极显著低于CK(P<0.01);T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)、T_(5)处理的氨态氮/总氮均极显著低于CK(P<0.01);T_(3)、T_(4)、T_(5)处理的乳酸含量极显著高于T_(1)、T_(2)和CK处理(P<0.01),且费氏评分均高于其他处理,等级为优,其中T_(3)、T_(4)处理极显著高于T_(5)处理。5个处理的干物质含量均极显著高于CK(P<0.01),粗蛋白含量极显著低于CK(P<0.01)。酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维和粗灰分含量随玉米粉添加量的增加而降低,而水溶性碳水化合物、淀粉含量及相对饲用价值随玉米添加量的增加而增加。说明添加酒糟+玉米粉复合添加物可以降低苜蓿青贮原料的含水量,改善青贮品质,添加10%酒糟+10%玉米粉和5%酒糟+15%玉米粉的两个处理紫花苜蓿青贮品质较好。 In order to understand the effects of compound additives composed of distiller's grains+corn flour on the quality of alfalfa silage,the second crop of alfalfa(cut into 3-4 cm sections by guillotine) in the squaring period was selected as raw materials,and 20% distiller's grains(T_1),15% distiller's grains+5% corn flour(T_2),10% distiller's grains+10% corn flour(T_3),5% distiller's grains+15% corn flour(T_4),20% corn flour(T_5) were added,respectively.At the same time,a blank control(CK) with no compound was set.There were 6 treatments in total,and each treatment was repeated 3 times.After 90 days of silage fermentation,sensory score was performed.Fermentation quality indexes(pH value,lactic acid [LA],acetic acid [AA],butyric acid [BA] and ammonia nitrogen [AN])and nutrient composition indexes(dry matter [DM],crude protein [CP],neutral detergent fiber [NDF],acid detergent fiber [ADF],crude fat [EE],water-soluble carbohydrate [WSC],starch [Sta] and ash [Ash]) were determined.Fisher silage scoring method was used for scoring and grading.The results showed that the quality levels in the T_3,T_(4) and T_(5) treatments were excellent;that in the T_(1) and T_(2) treatments were good,and that the CK treatment was average.The pH value and acetic acid content in the five treatments with distillere's grains and corn flour were significantly lower than those in the CK(P<0.01).Ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen in the T_2,T_3,T4 and T_(5) treatments was significantly lower than that in the CK(P<0.01).The lactic acid content in the T_3,T_(4) and T_(5) treatments was significantly higher than that in the T_1,T_(2) and CK treatments(P<0.01),and their fisher score were higher than that in other treatments.The rank was excellent,and the fermentation quality in the T_(3) and T_(4) treatments were higher than that in the T_(5) treatments.The dry matter content in the 5 treatments was significantly higher than that in the CK(P<0.01),and the crude protein content was significantly lower than that in the CK(P<0.01).The contents of acid de
