摘要
目的观察吹云膏热熏治疗睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)相关干眼症风热外袭证的临床效果。方法将100例MGD相关干眼症风热外袭证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组50例予玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合0.9%氯化钠注射液热熏治疗,治疗组50例予玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合吹云膏热熏治疗。2组均治疗10天后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后眼部症状[采用眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)评价]、睑板腺功能(包括睑板腺缺失面积评分、睑脂性状评分及睑脂排出难易程度评分)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)及泪膜破裂时间(BUT)变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率94.00%(47/50),对照组总有效率76.00%(38/50),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后眼部症状OSDI评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后眼部症状OSDI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后睑板腺功能睑板腺缺失面积评分、睑脂性状评分均降低(P<0.05),睑脂排出难易程度评分均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后睑板腺功能睑板腺缺失面积评分、睑脂性状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),睑脂排出难易程度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后BUT及SIT均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后BUT及SIT均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吹云膏热熏治疗MGD相关干眼症风热外袭证临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者眼部症状,提高睑板腺功能,改善SIT及BUT,且操作简单方便,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of external fumigation with Chuiyun ointment for meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)-related dry eye(pattern of external assault by wind-heat).Methods A total of 100 patients with MGD-related dry eye(pattern of external assault by wind-heat)were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).All patients were managed by fumigation-washing therapy with hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops and 0.9%sodium chloride injection,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with external fumigation with Chuiyun ointment.The treatment continued 10 days.The eye symptoms was assessed using the Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI);the meibomian gland function(meibomian gland loss area,eyelid fat traits,meibomian gland lipid discharge difficulty scores),tear secretion test(SIT),tear film break-up time(BUT)were included as comparators.The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(94.00%[47/50]vs 76.00%[38/50],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,OSDI scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Decreased meibomian gland loss area and eyelid fat traits scores,and increased meibomian gland lipid discharge difficulty scores were found in the two groups than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the different was significant between groups for the above indexes(all P<0.05).After treatment,BUT and SIT levels in groups were increased(P<0.05),the treatment group was more prevalent(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with MGD-related dry eye(pattern of external assault by wind-heat),external fumigation with Chuiyun ointment has definite clinical efficacy,which can effectively improve eye symptoms,meibomian gland function,SIT and BUT levels,and it is simple,convenient,safe and reliable.
