摘要
目的:探究药物联合睑板腺按摩对睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)型干眼症患者的临床效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年7月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院眼科收治的78例MGD型干眼症患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为A组和B组,各39例。B组采用单一药物治疗方式,给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液、左氧氟沙星滴眼液进行抗菌抗炎治疗;A组采取药物联合睑板腺按摩。比较两组睑板腺功能、不良反应发生情况、临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗1个月、3个月后,两组泪液分泌量(SⅠT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)评分低于治疗前,且A组的SⅠT评分、BUT评分低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,A组不良反应发生率明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗总有效率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过药物联合睑板腺按摩治疗MGD型干眼症患者安全有效,可有效改善患者睑板腺功能,同时可降低不良反应情况的发生率,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of drug combined with meibomian gland massage on patients with meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)type dry eye.Method:A total of 78 patients with MGD type dry eye admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from May 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into group A and group B by a random number table method,with 39 patients in each group.Group B was treated with single drug and given Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops and Levofloxacin Eye Drops for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory treatment.Group A was treated with medication combined with meibomian gland massage.Compared the meibomian gland function,adverse reactions,and overall clinical treatment efficacy between the two groups.Result:After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the scores of Schirmer test(SⅠT)and tear film break up time(BUT)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the SⅠT score and BUT score in group A were lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and effective to treat patient with MGD type dry eye by drug combined with meibomian gland massage,which can effectively improve the function of meibomian gland,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
