摘要
原发免疫性血小板减少症是一种获得性自身免疫性疾病,中医药治疗本病具有一定的特色优势。华廷芳是龙江医派杰出代表医家,早在20世纪50年代,就已经对原发免疫性血小板减少症开展研究和治疗。华老认为本病多为火热熏灼、迫血妄行所致,以皮肤黏膜出血为主要临床表现,一般治疗原则为清热解毒,止血活瘀。根据病情的发病分期不同,他提出初期以清热止血为重,持续期以清热行瘀活血为要,慢性期以补虚为主,用之多效。现对华老治疗本病的临证经验进行总结,以期丰富中医药治疗本病的理论与实践内容。
Primary immune thrombocytopenia is an acquired autoimmune disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain characteristics and advantages in the treatment of this disease.HUA Tingfang is an outstanding representative physician of Longjiang medical school.As early as in the 1950s,he has carried out researches on primary immune thrombocytopenia.HUA Lao believes that the disease is mostly caused by fire and heat forcing blood.The main clinical manifestation is skin and mucous membrane bleeding.The general treatment principle is clearing heat and detoxifying,stopping bleeding and activating blood stasis.According to the different stages of the disease,he proposes to focus on clearing heat and stopping bleeding in the initial stage,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the continuous stage,and tonifying deficiency in the chronic stage.These treatments are more effective.This paper summarized HUA Tingfang's clinical experience in the treatment of this disease,in order to enrich the theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.
