摘要
目的探讨化痰软坚散结方治疗肺结节的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月乌鲁木齐市中医医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的124例肺结节患者为研究对象,按1:1比例随机分配为治疗组和对照组,各62例。对照组根据患者病情给予西医对症治疗,必要时给予机械通气治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以痰软坚散结方治疗,3个月后观察两组的中医症状改善情况、血清学指标、结节控制效果、总有效率及安全性。结果疗程结束日,两组胸胁闷满、精神抑郁、咽喉异物、口中黏腻评分、CEA、Cyfra21-1水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束日,两组结节直径、恶性概率均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率72.58%(45/62),显著高于对照组51.61%(32/62),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.791,P<0.05)。结论化痰软坚散结方治疗肺结节可有效改善中医症状与血清学指标,并促进结节消散,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huatan Rujian Sanjie prescription on pulmonary nodules.Methods A total of 124 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted to the Department of respiratory and critical care medicine,Urumqi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group according to a 1:1 ratio,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine symptomatic treatment according to the patient's condition,and mechanical ventilation treatment when necessary.The treatment group was treated with tanruanjian Sanjie Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 3 months,the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,serological indicators,nodule control effect,total effective rate and safety of the two groups were observed.Results At the end of the treatment,the chest and flank fullness,mental depression,throat foreign body,sticky mouth score,CEA,CYFRA21-1 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,the diameter and malignant probability of nodules in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 72.58%(45/62),which was significantly higher than 51.61%(32/62)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.791,P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Rujian Sanjie prescription can effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and serological indicators of lung nodules,and promote the dissipation of nodules,with high safety.
