摘要
半夏厚朴汤由半夏、厚朴、苏叶、茯苓、生姜五味药物组成,是用于治疗痰气交阻所致“梅核气”的经典名方。其行气降逆、宜通郁结、化痰祛饮功效显著,已收录于《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》中。现代研究表明半夏厚朴汤具有抗抑郁、镇静催眠、镇呕止吐、改善肠胃等多种药理学作用,临床应用大多通过加减或联合化学药物改善胃肠功能、慢性咽炎、咽喉炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、甲状腺结节、抑郁症等疾病。本文通过查阅文献,总结归纳半夏厚朴汤的历史沿革、处方配伍、化学成分、现代药理学研究等方面的研究进展,以期为半夏厚朴汤的现代化制剂研究提供理论参考。
Banxia Houpu decoction is composed of five medicinal materials:Pinelliae Rhizoma,Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,Perillae Folium,Poria and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens.It is a classic prescription for“plum pneumonia”.Due to obvious effect of promoting the circulation of stagnant knots and resolving phlegm,it has been included in the“Catalogue of Ancient Classics(First Batch)”.Modern studies have shown that Banxia Houpu decoction has various pharmacological effects such as antidepressant,sedative and hypnotic,anti-vomiting and antiemetic effect,and can improve the function of the gastrointestinal system.Now it is commonly used for improving the gastrointestinal function,chronic pharyngitis,laryngitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,thyroid nodules,and depressive disorder as modified prescription or combined use with other drugs,consistent with the clinical application in ancient times.This paper reviewed the literatures and summarized the historical evolution,compatibility,chemical composition,modern pharmacological research and clinical application of Banxia Houpu decoction to provide theoretical reference for its modernized formulation research.
