摘要
目的:探究“标本配穴”针灸对第一代试管婴儿技术(IVF-ET)反复移植失败患者子宫内膜厚度及焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月南京市妇幼保健院收治的IVF-ET反复移植失败患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予“标本配穴”针灸治疗。比较两组患者子宫内膜厚度、临床指标、心理状态情况。结果:治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组抗米勒管激素、窦卵泡计数、血清雌二醇激素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在IVF-ET反复移植失败患者常规药物治疗基础上实施“标本配穴”针灸治疗,能增加患者子宫内膜厚度,改善患者卵巢储备功能,缓解患者负性情绪。
Objective:To explore the effects of"specimen with acupoint"acupuncture on endometrial thickness,anxiety and depression in patients with repeated transplantation failure of the first generation of IVF.Methods:A total of sixty-two patients with repeated failure of IVF-ET transplantation admitted to Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-one cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was given"specimen with acupoint"acupuncture treatment based on the control group.Endometrial thickness,clinical indexes and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,endometrial thickness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of anti-miller tube hormone,sinus follicle count and serum estradiol hormone in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of selfrating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug treatment for patients with repeated IVF-ET transplantation failure,"specimen with acupoint"acupuncture treatment can increase the endometrial thickness of patients,improve the ovarian reserve function of patients,and relieve patients'negative emotions.
