摘要
目的分析在妇科内分泌失调中血清激素检验的临床价值。方法选取40例内分泌失调女性患者,其中20例原发性内分泌失调不孕症组为B组,20例继发性内分泌失调不孕症组为C组;另选取同期10名女性健康体检者。收集所有受检者血清标本完成检测,观察检测结果。结果与A组比较,B组及C组血清激素中除雌二醇(E2)水平下降外,抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及催乳素(PRL)水平均提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组孕酮(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与C组相比,B组AMH、LH及P水平上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组FSH、PRL、E2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在诊断效能上,AMH检验水平良好,P检验效能差;敏感度测定,LH、AMH高,P、E2低;从约登指数判断,AMH佳,P差。结论测定血清激素可更好检验内分泌失调所致的疾病。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum hormone test in gynecological endocrine disorders.Methods 40 female patients with endocrine disorders were selected,of which 20 patients with primary endocrine disorders infertility group were group B and 20 patients with secondary endocrine disorders infertility group were group C.Another 10 female health examination subjects were selected in the same period.Serum samples of all subjects were collected for testing and the test results were observed.Results Compared with group A,the levels of serum hormones in groups B and C were decreased except estradiol(E2),but the levels of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and prolactin(PRL)were increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of progesterone(P)among the three groups(P>0.05).Compared with group C,the levels of AMH,LH and P in group B were increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the levels of FSH,PRL and E2 between group B and group C were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of diagnostic efficiency,AMH test level is good,P test efficiency is poor;Sensitivity test showed that LH and AMH were high,P and E2 were low.Judging from the Jorden index,AMH is good and P is bad.Conclusion Determination of serum hormones can better detect diseases caused by endocrine disorders.
