摘要
目的探究超声介入治疗在卵巢巧克力囊肿患者中的应用可行性。方法采用简单随机抽样法选取2021年5月-2023年5月我院收治的96例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组应用腹腔镜治疗,观察组应用超声介入治疗,比较两组患者临床指标、卵巢储备功能以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者临床指标等均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前卵巢储备功能比较(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗后E2水平及AFC水平显著高于对照组,FSH、LH等卵巢储备功能指标水平以及并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卵巢巧克力囊肿患者应用腹腔镜及超声介入两种治疗方式的对比之下,超声介入治疗在改善患者临床指标、调节卵巢储备功能和降低并发症发生率方面效果更佳。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of ultrasound intervention in patients with ovarian chocolate cysts.Methods:A tatol of 96 patients with ovarian chocolate cysts who were treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected by a simple random sampling method,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic treatment,while the observation group received ultrasound intervention treatment.Clinical indicators,ovarian reserve function,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The intraoperative bleeding volume,surgical time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of ovarian reserve function between two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05)showed that the E2 and AFC levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,while the levels of ovarian reserve function indicators such as FSH and LH were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with laparoscopy and ultrasound intervention,ultrasound intervention is more effective in improving clinical indicators,regulating ovarian reserve function,and reducing the incidence of complications in patients with ovarian chocolate cyst.
