摘要
目的:探讨可视化标尺的制作方法,并分析可视化标尺在留置针固定患者中的应用及同质化管理效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2021年1月未应用可视化标尺的80名护士为对照组护士,此时间段行留置针固定的427例患者为对照组患者,护士根据既往经验完成留置针固定操作;2021年2月—2022年7月应用可视化标尺的80名护士为观察组护士,此时间段内行留置针固定的436例患者为观察组患者,护士使用可视化标尺完成留置针固定操作。比较两组护士培训的成果转化效果、护士对留置针规范固定培训的满意度以及患者对留置针规范固定的满意度。结果:观察组患者的留置针规范固定率高于对照组,外周静脉留置针并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对留置针规范固定效果的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士对留置针规范固定培训效果的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可视化标尺制作方法简便,价格低廉,使用方便,在留置针固定患者中具有可靠的应用价值,能够达到良好的同质化护理管理效果。
Objective:To explore the method of making visual ruler,and analyze the application of visual ruler in patients with indwelling needle fixation and the effect of homogenization management.Methods:All 80 nurses who applied the visual ruler from February 2021 to July 2022 were selected as nurses in the observation group,and 80 nurses who did not apply the visual ruler from August 2019 to January 2021 were selected as nurses in the control group.The transformation effect of nurses'training results,nurses'satisfaction with the standard fixation training of indwelling needle and patients'satisfaction with the standard fixation of indwelling needle were respectively compared between the two groups,and the observation indicators were analyzed statistically.Results:The standard fixation rate of indwelling needle in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the complication rate of peripheral venous indwelling needle was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The visual ruler is simple,cheap and easy to use.It has reliable application value in patients with indignant needle fixation,and can achieve good homogenized nursing management effect.
