摘要
目的:探讨患者留置针置管侧肢体常见活动与导管回血堵管关系。方法:选择我科使用留置针输液、凝血功能正常、有能力完成规定动作的住院患者60例作为观察组,回顾分析使用留置针输液、凝血功能正常患者60例为对照组,两组统一使用某品牌留置针。观察组患者当日输液结束导管封管后,按要求完成4组动作,即提水、拧毛巾、使用握力器、放置留置针侧上肢支撑起床,完成每组动作后观察留置针导管回血情况。对照组按传统方法即嘱患者置管侧肢体制动,不做体力活动,防止肢体活动用力引起导管内回血。结果:观察组完成上述4个动作后导管回血0例,留置针放置未满3天发生堵管7例;对照组留置针放置未满3天发生堵管8例。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:留置针导管回血堵管与患者日常活动没有明显关系,放置留置针导管患者输液期间日常活动可以自行完成,不需要由家属和医护人员替代。
Objective:To explore the relationship between the limb movement at the catheterization side and catheter blood clogging in patients with indwelling needle placement.Methods:A total of 60 inpatients with normal coagulation function and ability to complete the prescribed actions were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients with nor⁃mal coagulation function and infusion with indwelling needle were retrospectively analyzed as the control group.The two groups were uniformly treated with a brand of indwelling needle.The observation group completed four sets of actions as required for the selected infusion patients on the same day after catheter sealing after infusion,namely lifting water,twist⁃ing towels,using a gripper,and placing the upper limb at the side of the indwelling needle to support getting up.The blood return of the indwelling needle catheter was observed after completion of each action.Patients in the control group were instructed to immobilize their limbs at the side of the catheter and do no physical activities to prevent the blood re⁃turn in the catheter caused by exertion of limbs.Results:In the observation group of 60 patients,no cases of catheter blood returned after completing the above 4 actions,and 7 cases of catheter occlusion occurred less than 3 days after plac⁃ing the indwelling needle.In the control group,8 cases of 60 patients with indwelling needle placement less than 3 days occurred tube blockage.Results of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant relationship between the blood return occlusion of indwelling needle catheter and the patients'daily activities.The daily activities of the patients with indwelling needle catheter placement can be completed by themselves during infusion,and there is no need to be replaced by family members and medical personnel.
