摘要
某核电项目由于汽轮发电机组、凝汽器弹性支撑、汽轮机旁路蒸汽全部排至凝汽器等选型设计方案变化,技术上较CPR1000核电典型设计存在明显差异,原有CPR1000“凝汽器故障”、“凝汽器不可用”逻辑控制技术方案需要设计优化。通过分析该核电项目技术方案,计算、分析汽轮机跳机、核岛反应堆紧急停堆、旁路系统闭锁等工况下凝汽器参数变化规律,研究满足此项目核岛蒸汽安全排放要求的技术方案,解决主蒸汽系统、反应堆冷却剂系统管道瞬态工况下超压的设计问题。
As the technical difference of turbine-generator set,condenser flexible foundation,steam bypass system etc.,the typical design is not suit for all the CPR1000 reactor.Condenser transient analysis and control logic for condenser malfunction/condenser unavailable signal are needed to be optimized.In this paper,the solution is based on condenser transient calculation and analysis for some working condition,such as turbine trip,reactor trip,bypass blocked,over-pressure of main steam system and reactor coolant system can be avoided by this solution.
