摘要
某核电厂在调试期间,因凝汽器压力定值设置不合理触发凝汽器故障信号。从核电厂核岛、常规岛工艺、仪控专业全面分析了问题原因。利用传热学原理、凝汽器瞬态计算软件,进行了详细计算和风险判断,最终给出优化设计方案。解决方案有效提高了核电厂反应堆、汽轮机运行安全性和经济性。
During the commissioning of a certain nuclear power station, the condenser malfunction is activated due to unreasonable setting of the condenser pressure setpoint. The causes were fully analyzed from the aspects of nuclear/conventional island design as well as relevant I&C specialties. Based on the heat- transfer principle and required software, detailed calculation and risk judgment were carried out, and subsequently an optimal design scheme was proposed, which can effectively improve the operation safety and economic performance of relevant nuclear power reactors and steam turbines.
