高职“双师型”教师专业发展困境及突破路径探析 被引量:8

摘要 “双师型”教师不仅是培养高素质技术技能人才的主力军,更是职业教育实现高质量发展的重要力量。在产业转型升级和高质量发展的背景下,给高职“双师型”教师专业发展提出了新的挑战,创造了新的机遇。目前仍存在各省市认定标准和保障措施不完善、学校组织管理机构不健全、教师对专业发展认识模糊等困境。亟须在政府层面完善教师准入制度,明确教师专业发展标准和制定激励政策;在学校层面设立教师发展中心,形成校企“双主体”共育共管支持服务体系,搭建师资培训立交桥,优化职称评审制度,完善高职院校组织机构的职能;在教师层面激发教师自主意识和内驱力,从而促进高职“双师型”教师专业发展行稳致远。 Double-qualified teachers are not only the main force in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,but also an important force in realising high-quality development of vocational education.Under the background of industrial transformation,upgrading and high-quality development,the professional development of higher vocational double-qualified teachers poses new challenges and creates new opportunities.However,some difficulties remain,such as imperfect recognition standards and safe guards in various provinces and cities,in adequate organization and management structures in schools,and teacher's vague understanding of professional development.It is urgent to improve measures to promote the professional development of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges,specifically,at the government level,it should improve the access system for teachers,clarify the professional development standards for teachers and formulate incentive policies.At the school level,it is necessary to establish a teacher development center,form a school-enterprise double-subject co-education and co-management support service system,build a teacher training overpass,optimize the title evaluation system,and improve the functions of higher vocational colleges'organizations.Teachers'self-consciousness and internal drive should be stimulated at the individual level.
