摘要
聚丙烯(PP)树脂具有高频绝缘性和耐化学腐蚀性,被广泛应用在暖通管道等中空制品。但PP树脂结构的规整度较高,缺口冲击强度较低,在低温时制作PP产品容易产生翘曲,需要进行改性处理。以均聚PP树脂作为主要原料,以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂为改性材料,以抗氧剂和弹性体作为辅助材料,制备PP-HDPE复合暖通管材,并研究管材的耐老化性能。结果表明:当PP∶HDPE∶抗氧剂∶弹性体的配比为75.6∶24.0∶0.1∶0.3时,样品A6的韧性不受老化时间影响。
Polypropylene(PP)resin has high frequency insulation and chemical corrosion resistance,and is widely used in hollow products such as HVAC pipelines.However,the regularity of PP resin structure is high,and the notched impact strength is low.It is easy to warp PP products at low temperature,so it needs to be modified.PP-HDPE composite heating and ventilation pipes were prepared by using homopolymerized PP resin as the main raw material,high density polyethylene(HDPE)resin as the modified material,antioxidant and elastomer as the auxiliary materials,and the aging resistance of the pipes was studied.The results show that when the ratio of PP∶HDPE∶antioxidant∶elastomer is 75.6∶24.0∶0.1∶0.3,the toughness of sample A6 is not affected by aging time.
