摘要
采用瞬态平面热源技术(TPS)测量了不同注塑工艺条件下高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和聚丙烯(PP)共混物(HDPE的质量含量分别为20%、40%、50%、60%和80%)的热导率和热扩散率,归纳出体系的热导率受注塑工艺条件的影响不大,与HDPE的质量含量基本呈线性增加关系;而注塑工艺条件对体系的热扩散率有一定的影响,但在设定的注塑工艺条件下可忽略其影响。
The thermal conductivities and thermal diffusivities of High-density polyethylene(HDPE)and isotactic polypropylene(PP)blends were investigated in the following percentages of HDPE by weight:0,20,40,50,60,80,100 by the Transient Plane Sourceby(TPS).The thermal conductivities appeared to be independent of the injection conditions,and a linear relation can solely be drawn with the HDPE content.Nevertheless,in spite of the fact that the thermal diffusivities could be influenced by the processing variables,it can be negligible practically under specific operative conditions.
